Bones this season

Get ready for a lot more Bones guys!! Just got this email from fox about all the episodes they are planning.....


The show is preempted on 1/29/09, 2/12/09 & 3/5/09 - otherwise there will be an ALL-NEW EPISODE EVERY WEEK (THU 8-9pm ET/PT) from now until end of May!!!

oh yeah sorry I would have posted it the other thread but this is the most I mostly visit. Thanks for plotting all the episodes out. I am soo excited there is sooooooo many more Bones coming... and that Fox said there is only two more times where the show is preempted, lets just hope they keep their word. I mean I think Bones has taken enough breaks this season, and if they want to be successful in the Thurs slot consistency is key. Anyways looking forward to Hero and all that is to come! Thanks guys!

So.....how many episodes so far counting the upcoming 8. I had 14, but not sure if that is right.

After Hero in the Hold, they are playing the episodes in the order that they shot them, correct??

Mayhem on the Cross is the 20th episode... For some reason we're coming up with an extra empty date, they said there'd be straight episodes through the end of May but there's twenty-seven slots if that's so... Hero should be 13/20.

The way I did the math Season Four will have 24 episodes.

Do not include the four episodes that were put on season three dvd.

Episodes five thru 13 that we have already seen equals nine epidodes
the ones on the future list equals 15 sooooo.

9 plus 15 equals 24.

That's a full season as far as I'm concerned.

Maybe the last date will be 2 episodes for the finale

Sadly she has to wait till it comes out on DVD...

There are most definitely 26 episodes, so perhaps there is a 2-hour season finale.

Remember, sometimes they shoot episodes out of order. This could be because of the availability of a guest star or a shooting location. FOX does not mess with the order.

Fox does air things out of order from time to time. They threatened to air The Santa in the Slush during the February Sweeps for ratings, but HH talked them out of that. And they wanted to show The Hero in the Hold first epi in January for ratings, but obviously they were talked down from that, too--which is the way it should be b/c of the intro of Perotta.

hahahhahaa 'after the squeeeeeeeeeeee!' I vote that the first hour is all about hte case and the flirting and tension, the second half is spent in Seeley Booth's silky black sheets.

When/if we were to get a 2 hour finale, it would be amazing if the bed scene(s?...We're allowed to be picky, right?)...could happen maybe a little more than halfway through, so we're not left with a moment that leaves us hanging all summer...as dramatically, anyway.

But that probably won't happen.

I know. I agree. And I am pretty sure that, like you said, HH will leave it hanging. Last scene of the last episode, B&B in bed.

Exactly. I mean, it'd be nice if we could see them trying to function around each other when they're around other people. They could still end the episode with a cliff-hanger. Them arguing about what it meant, whatever...and then something else happens, something is said. Brennan is all "What?" *fades to black*

But I could settle for Booth being a little obvious in his whole 'staring at Bones while I think she's not looking thing', only it's a bit more noticeable and a little bit more important. HH will torture us either way, so we'll see.
