well, it was a fight about him not calling me, as I asked him to do and as he promised to do. Because I do get worried easily too and I don't think it's too much of an effort to call me that he got there safely. Didn't want to argue with him over the phone, though... I just don't like it. Face to face is better (especially, since... if you make-up via phone again, where does the sex come in, huh?) ... so I let it all seethe a little until he got home. Well that's me. And he's stubborn too. Guess we're in for stubborn kids whenever we decide to have them

Well . . in my particular case it was an ugly and surreal scene. We had not slept in the same bed for over a year and there was no physical relationship . . Then, one night I was awakened (from my bed - known as the couch) and instructed to go upstairs and get ready and she would join me in our bedroom. I had suspicions and curiosity as well as a sense of "it's about time" but she came in and was more "participatory" than she had been in a long time and offered some firsts after so many years of being married. I was thinking that it seemed all too convenient or guilt-driven or, worse, like she was checking off items on a list so I would not be able to claim any complaints when all of a sudden she got angry and huffed out of the room JUST before making it a pleasant and complete experience . . and within a week, she had moved out and started divorce proceedings.

She became that way. She wa s not that person and then something changed or snapped or I don't know what. But, she has made it perfectly clear that she despises me and would have killed herself had she stayed with me. That's been a real self-esteem builder - as you might imagine.

Sounds like the right thing happened in the long run Jonesy. Sounds like by this point, the relationship was a bit poisonous.Not a good thing for either side.

I have to agree with pimp. Although it was of course very hard on you, what good does it do to anybody to remain in a relationship that sucks energy out of you instead of giving you?

Good Afternoon, just peaking in enjoying a cup of tea after a morning of grocery shopping. Hubby came as he is on vacation so it was nice not to have to lug everything in by myself. In an hour I am going to my brother's house as my mom is coming home from hospital (hip replacement) and staying at my brother's for 3 weeks to recover. They have bungalow so it is great set up for mom. She is doing awesome, I'm so happy

Reviews for what Cheese? :?: And YOU complain? I don't think I have ever heard you complain about ANYTHING. Oh and finance not calling is just "rude".
