I can be without both without any regrets, thank goodness! lol I don't drink alcohol and rarely eat chocolate. I know I'm weird. lol But I would choose alcohol since it's nice to have a little piece of chocolate once in a while.

I don't really understand the question fully, but I think a guy who thinks he's a girl. Then I can have cool girlfriends. Guys just aren't as accepting.

Oh, that's pretty easy. The answer is NO. I'd just want to avoid it, but of course fate doesn't work that way. Better be uninformed. You live longer that way.

Do you mean be colorblind vs. have no sense of taste or have synesthesia towards colors vs. tastes?
For the first I'd say I'd rather have no sense of taste. My abba has very limited taste/smell and he's a great cook and it doesn't seem to matter to him. Plus, I'm an obsessive matcher, so it would be bad if I couldn't see the colors I was wearing!
For the latter, I'd say I would want to be able to taste words, just because it would be fun!

no make up ever, seeing as i hardly wear any anyway i don't think it would be much of a trial to do without it all together.

I have never ever smoked (yeah, I'm an odd-one-out lol) and don't drink much. I could go without it forever.

bike!! i am NEVER getting on a motorbike.... my dad has one, so for me they equal untold embarrassment...
