Unfortunately I live the modern life which consists of way too much restaurant food (fast and slow) ... so I'd love to have a meal cooked for me!

Seriously, I do these bacon wrapped scallops that I finish with an applewood smoke, the process is a little intense but the end result is worth it. And don't get me started on my three chocolate souffle...
