It comes and goes. Over the last 2-3 weeks I could feel it cutting through the right kidney. Now it's in the urinary tract which means probably another 3 weeks at least before it gets all the way through. It comes and goes. Right now - no pain at all. When it hits it feels like you are blocked by a rock (which is basically what it is) and the worst sensations of a urinary tract infection plus having my boys crushed in a vice with no way to releive the pressure or the pain. It will be . .. "fun" as usual. Totally stress related. When I am supressing things like freaking out over my job situation it shows up in my kidneys.marymageli wrote:jonezn4Bones wrote:Just as I was falling asleep the kidney stones let me know they were back . .. grumble.marymageli wrote:jonezn4Bones wrote:I really slept -I got 9 hoursmarymageli wrote:jonezn4Bones wrote:Hello, Sugar - it's 4:30 am or there aboutsmarymageli wrote:You, BoBo? You ARE crazy. Not that I didn't know that but you can still shock me!!
Good for you. Glad since you missed a lot lately as I gathered.
Ouch! That must have hurt! I feel fortunate about not having had similar problems - before. Touch wood!!! Sooo, how are you feeling now? Any better?

You're actually getting the recommended sleep for a young woman. I've read studies where 14 hours would be ideal but no woman I know can stand herself if she isn't running around exhausting her body and mind.karlia wrote:I usually go with 10 or 12 hours..so I practically sleep through half of my lifeToZiKa wrote:fine. the sun is shining, it's warm, I slept for more than 8 hours...

Sounds really bad, awful and painful. Are you taking any medications or is there any medication for your problem at all?
Also, jobwise...any news? If public of course.

Not much you can take. Pain killers don't reach the pain and just dull the rest of your senses. I am stuck in limbo job wise. Still haven't found day work. All the major businesses are laying off lots of workers right now and putting thousands of people into the already small market of available work. I have to wait for my next support check from mommy and daddy to be able to get the rest of my medical tests cleared to go back to work. It's a balance between paying the bills and no money coming in what to take care of first. Right now - that means nothing. Every day is an adventure. Everybody has some ugly surprise spring up in there day. If you and magic and several others decide to spend time in the RL it may force me to to something like try that, too.marymageli wrote:It comes and goes. Oh, that! Good for you. When I was your age I slept appr. 9-10 hours. Not that I couldn't these days, but it's more like about lack of opportunities. hehe
