I try to avoid my dad as much as possible. It's about gaugeing his mood and acting accordingly. I can't talk to him about anything. He'd just yell at me.

The answer is no.

My cake is good. As a general rule I'm not fond of cake either...that may have something to do with it making me ill...

It's quite difficult. I think my general mistrust of males stems from him. It is sad to say. I mean, I love my dad, he is my dad. It's just sad that I can't trust him and in general I grew up scared of him...

I remember once I nearly sliced my thumb off with the lid of a tin-can and I hid it from him till I very nearly passed out because I was afraid he would get angry at me and I would get into trouble.

Well when I can decide between anger and tears I'll try to type out how sorry I am for all of you that have and are experiencing that.
