Here are the ratings for Monday's show. I think we've done better.

It's about average Mary.

But it appears the Canadian fans have been watching.

Global, which was hammered harder than any other network during the strike (some of their key tent pole programs, such as Heroes and 24, won't be back until September or January) were quick to post their numbers for Bones today. Monday's first new episode in months outperformed CTV's Dancing with the Stars and a CBC NHL playoff game among 18-49-year-old viewers in the two cities Global cares the most about, Toronto and Vancouver. The forensic detective series, starring David Boreanaz and Emily Deschanel, was up 20% in that key demo year-to-year, with a total national audience of 1,265,000 according to overnight averages.

In Canada, we beat Dancing with the Stars! WOO!

I like hearing and reading words like "outperformed". It seems viewers in Canada have a good or shall I say better taste concerning TV shows and other programs. No offence girls in the US! You have great taste, fans!! Smile

Me too.

I'd also like to know how many viewers get added when the
dvr and tivo viewers are counted. I think Bones was in the
top five of shows recorded for later viewing. Viewers are
counted up to three days after recording.

The ratings from Zap It are the Neilson ratings, as for dvr/tivo, I don't think they annouce those each week, but I can check.
