Wow.... Ratings weren't impressive. Everyone has been making excuses about the ratings for the last two month's (Survivor comes to mind) and guess what... the ratings were lowered than the 100... The mentalist repeat nearly got as many viewers as the Bones finale.

I wonder if this has anything to do with the virtual silence surrounding the finale for weeks before it aired. Or maybe I just felt that. But certainly the promo didn't seem suited for a season finale... just look like an ordinary episode. Very light-hearted too. I can't comment on the press as I live in Scotland. I think another epic episode is what's needed (complete with suitable press coverage and promo!).

The numbers may not have been impressive, but apparently it's the first time that Bones has ever won their time slot during May sweeps. So I'm sure Fox is happy with them

Although since we're talking ratings I have concerns about The Big Bang Theory moving to thursday's at 8. A lot of online fans have said that they won't be watching then because they have other shows that they watch at that time ( Community and Bones being the 2 big ones). But I still think TBBT may be a worthy advesary (and that probably has a lot to do with the fact that it is my 2nd favorite show)
