Can't remember...

What episode do we see Clark BEFORE season 4? I remember him working with them for some reason and him mentioning that he can't work with them anymore (but then comes back in Yanks)

His first epi is Season 3x01 ( the widows son in the windshield) when Zack is in Iraq he is interviewing with Brennan for Zacks job, then when Zack gets back he knows that he's not getting the job. He then appears as the expert witness for the defense in Max's murder trial (The verdict in the story).

Treble's got it. Widow's Son as as a possible replacement for Zack (the 17th to try, if I remember right), and then he's Max's science guy in Verdict, once again in competition with Zack.
And it seems as though he had a completely different personality, too.

thats right! I remember feeling bad for him when Zack came back. Now I can't stand him. lol.
