Emily wants to give back to BU

It's interesting that she's hittnig on something you hear other actors talk about all the time, how nothing really prepared them for what it was like to move out to Hollywood and really get into the competitive life of an actor or actress or deal with all the pressures associated with it. You rarely see an established actress (or actor) doing what she's doing, giving back to their alma mater or community in such a personal way. Yet that is exactly the sort of thing I'd expect from my Em.

It's the little things like this that make it impossible not to love her.

thats why it's good to get a competitive mind set as a child. Especially if thats something you want to go into. When I was little, I was in beauty pageants and a lot of people don't like the idea of putting children in pageants, I loved them. They taught you that in life appearance is everything. You don't have to be decked out in stylish dresses and wear heavy make up and have big hair, but it gives you a way of living that you have to get into routine of taking care of your body and face and skin and that appearance is everything. But it also instills that competitiveness in children and help them later in life.
