Wow, what do you all think?

Looks like the most annoying laptop ever made. How can it be more simple to scroll and select every letter?

I'm with you Squirt. I am an Apple lover but I LOVE my keyboard and it would drive me crazy to scroll to each letter and did you hear it took that guy 45 minutes to send an email
I would love for Apple to come out with a flat keyboard though, that would be cool. No more cookie crumbs IN the keyboard

i can't even handle the stupid pseudo keyboard on my iphone. i always use my old phone to write text messages! haha.

so to me that looks reeeeally annoying too. besides i'm a lightning-fast typer on the good old qwertz. (qwerty that is for americans ) no way i'd ever buy that!

As soon as I saw this, I thought it was sort of a dumb idea. The keyboard works just fine,.Its annoying enough having Google saying to me all the time,"Did you mean....?"
That intuitive sentence finisher would be the worst, because if you scroll down and accidentally click the wrong sentence, then you have to change that.
Looks like technology for the sake of technology for me. They did it cause they could. And who hates a keyboard? Weird.
I got a kick out of the guy saying: "Everything is just a few hundred clicks away." Wellll.....ain't that the way it is now?
In a few month's they'll have Voice operation for comps anyway, and you'll be able to talk to it like they do on Star Trek.
I hate that idea as well. ^^

Ha! I love the Onion! So funny!

The voice recognition they have now is pretty good, actually. It still needs some work, but you can actually get tons of stuff done by just talking you your computer. It's even surprisingly accurate at turning your words into text. Much faster than typing.

thats kind of weird, talking to your computer, i mean first off, if you are somewhere like an airport or somewhere where you have to be quiet, than talking is out of the question. But still, it just seems weird talking to an inanimate object. i think i will stick to old school laptops. It just scares me that those will take over and old school laptops will be a thing of the past and then i'll just have to settle, cause i have no choice. kind of annoying if you ask me. lol.

Yeah, the computer is so great, it can run for a whole 20 MINUTES without being "charged" again! What a crappy invention, I mean, who HATES keyboards?

I figured they had that big wheel/button on it because it resembled an Ipod control. Guess I should have taken a closer look before I commented.

Haha, that's hilarious....I was like...WTF??? Who takes 45 minutes to send an e-mail, and why would I want to click something a couple hundred times??? SO funny, and I totally thought it was real.....these guys are geniuses!!

haha i completely bought that.
i was thinking that people could learn to use it super quick...which is possible...think about how slow it is for some people to type.
However the more i think about it...haha a giant wheel. completely implausible
