- What in the fuckin fuck was that! That was the best fucking episode I have ever seen. FUCK! From the very beginning I was thinking it was going to be another cheesy ending about someone trapped in the rubble...blah blah blah, and then the fucking end???? I was sure he was hallucinating, and then House says "How do you know I'm not hallucinating" and he drops the pills. FUCK!!!! Seriously, fuck. I wanted to cheer so fucking loud. Hugh Laurie is an acting God! He should win some award for this episode. I have never fucking cried at a telly show in my life, and I had tears in my fucking eyes. BEST EPISODE EVER. If by chance he is hallucinating, I will consider this the series finale and never mention another episode in my life. Sorry, for the language... hehe. I was a bit excited...

Last five minutes of the show were completely and absolutely awesome. Congratulations to all H/Cu shippers, you are now officially canon. 
Personally, I am not a H/Cu fan at all. And I have continuously slammed the writers for turning Cuddy, the strongest female character in the show, into a teenager around House.... But the awesomeness of that scene can not be denied. The lines were good, the setting was perfect, both Lisa and Hugh acted their little hearts out and my goodness it showed. If dear ole David and his merry band o' writers don't screw this up, it could be the thing that brings the show back from this season's ratings dive.
Oh, one tiny, tiny complain: That last shot of the hand-holding was cheesy. I loved the hand-holding, don't get me wrong, but god, did you have to hit me in the face with it? No, Mr. Director, you didn't.

That was the most amazing season finale ever. My shipper heart is still bouncing off the walls, several days later. I can't believe it was real..because it feels like I had a dream or something Adore that episode to bits. After all those years waiting I got what I wanted!!!!!!!
