My husband is a quasi-only child. He's the only child of his parents, but has a much younger 1/2 sister. He was in HS when she was born, so it's not really like having a sibling.

A house like supposedly the one that Hodgins lives in!!! I could help out then Evi!!! lol
Well if we are getting into family history there. I am also a quasi-only child. I have a big brother from me father's side but never saw him really because his mom brought him to the US when he was little because of my father's irresponsability of course. And you would think that not being able to support 2 kids (me and my half brother) would've taught him a lesson; but NO he got married again a few years back and as I found out a couple of years ago he had another little boy.

Some people never learn.

And if I had a house like Hodgins, i would fill it with kids! There are a lot of kids in my family. My Dad, for instance, has 15 grandchildren. My 2 will be 16 and 17! hah

WOOOOOOOOOOWWWWWWWW that's a lot of peeps!!! do you guys get together often?? I would so love to see a pic of every body together!!!

Mostly at Christmas and July 4th, but we never line up for a group picture, actually.

My favorite pictures are christmas. When the kids all dig into the their presents, the floor in the living room at my Dad's is 3 feet thick with paper. You can lose a child in there!

6 children (full/half/step) - 5 married
15 grandchildren

And it just keeps growing!

lol the wrapping paper sea!!!! I can imagine all the squeals of delight and sounds of the toys !!!! I LOVE big families!!! I think it's fun to have sooo many people to count on or even just to talk to!

OMG! Evi! I just cannot imagine having such a big family. Hmm. Strangely enough my mother had (2 have died) altogether 8 brothers and sisters but she was never that close to them. My grandmothers died very young, I was 5 and 7, so I don't really remember much. The grandfathers didn't really come into the picture since they had both divorced even before I was born so my parents didn't have any connection with them. So in theory, though I had a big family when growing up, in reality I did not ever experienced it. I have a younger sister, a biological one lol, so we were basically alone.

I know most of my cousins, but we have never really been that close. That's a shame I suppose so.
