Bio, Chem....school work....BLECH!! lol

That's the same with me. But getting up at 4 is a bit early. I have to be up by 6 at the latest to get ready for school. Earlier if I want to shower and earlier if I want to walk the dogs...it's so annoying. I think it is stress for me, cause all though the holidays and weekends I sleep in fine. Even when I am supposed to be up for riding...haha.

I think it is when I set my alarm, cause when I wake up to my alarm. When it goes off and jolts me into consciousness. It's one of the triggers for my Migraines. I really need a radio alarm.

So my body wakes me up beforehand. Pain in the arse. Guess there is a price to pay for self preservation...

Stress will do that to you. Sometimes I wake up in the middle of the night,then start thinking about all kinds of stuff, work, bills, blah blah blah, and that's it! Can't get back to sleep. That can go on for days.
I know quite often I'll go weeks waking up at around 5AM, like clockwork, don't need an alarm. Probably all linked to stress, like you say. I might have to take up yoga, or some other stress relief technique!! lol

I know. I have major stress problems. Related to my panic attacks and over active adrenals.

Well they are interrelated too...

You know what was the best alarm clock I ever had??
It was one with a reading light built into it. You could set the clock so just the light would come on. I'd set it,point the light at my pillow, in the morning the light would come on, and I would just drift gently out of sleep. Best way I ever had to wake up without a JOLT.
sORRY ABOUT THE MIGRAINS, A RADIO WOULD BE MUCH BETTER THAN a buzzer going off.

Yeah. It's a pain, but I am so used to them, if I can sense or feel them coming on then I can usualy nip them in the bud with a good dose of ibuprofen...But that is a pain for me to get my hands on...and mum is a cow when it comes to handing them out. She get's so many I-told-you-so-s when I get a migraine onset and she didn't hand over the drugs.

I have over active adrenals, so I constantly have to much adrenaline in my system, and my brain triggers it's production at the weirdest time. I get nervous at the smallest things. That and a build up of stress and other issues. I don't get them so badly anymore. I have found some ways of lowering my stress and concequent panic levels. Lowering the stress helps the adrenaline issues too.

Cause that increases the heart rate, metabolic rate, ect. which is why I go though periods of eating alot and then virtually nothing for days on end. I once went an entire weekend without eating anything. I loved on glucose tablets that control my blood glucose levels so I don't get hypoglycemic, another one of my issues.

Therefore due to increased heart rate causes the production of adrenaline, and since I already have lots in my system the release of that amount can cause me to overdose on it. My own adrenaline...fancy that.

Anywho. I have to go to bed. Or I just will not function tomorrow.
