Be advised that jonezy/bobo/dad is very low this morning and doesn't know why . . When A2B suggested I was hiding till she left that put me over the top and I'm being a total douche bag.

So I'm liable to be uninspired and quiet. To not even figure out what FM meant is disturbing. Where has all my testosterone gone since the other day????

I think the realization I am not at the doctor's this morning as I was scheduled to be and the fact that means I'm no closer to going back to work is weighing me down? Just guessing

I think writting is a good outlet for this things; just get some paper and a pen and get your problems out and write them down and then tear the papers and throw them away.

when I'm feeling crappy I just isolate myself from the world with mp3 player full of good music and sleep or write

My mom does that all the time when she is feeling down. And she cries for a bit but it makes her feel better!

I'm afraid of myself, right now. It has occurred to me that I've been looking for trouble the last couple days. I've been deliberately walking at night where all the punks and small time crooks hang out just hoping one of them gives me reason to beat the living shit out of them and get rid of my pent up anxiety and frustrations.

I think they know it because they won't come near me.

But enough about that - I'm going to lurk and hope the good vibes of women having fun being distracted from their day at the ABY will cheer me up.
