Thanks for the sympathy Jonez; **takes deep breath** It’s hard to deal with the disappointment especially when it’s a parent that shows how messed up one’s priorities can be.
It gets to a point where some people have had too many chances, and never taken advantage of them.

I learned thru the years not to expect anything from other people. If you can’t do it for yourself nobody else will.

My grandfather (my mom’s dad) was such a wonderful man that I think he made up for my father absence; when (and how) he left this earth; what remained of my heart shattered.

I will stop the talking about sad issues now; just had to get that out of my chest today.

ok, well, since it's quiet now. *looks around cautiously*. I worked on that idea i had for a story this weekend. But I'm kind of afraid to post it, because it's definitely AU (being set in a kingdom, and all ;-)) and I'm not sure if people will enjoy it. And I still need to fix the beginning, which doesn't really match up with the rest. (although it's only a chapter, nowhere near the full story.)
