Pick up where I left off. How often do you compete?

We'll be in the same state only I won't have to drive anywhere.

Mostly during the summer. I used to compete A LOT more when I was younger and when I had a younger horse. My horse is 20 now. Sometimes, I do fall and winter shows as well. I will compete for 4 days next week, have 2 weeks off, then compete for a total of 8 days over the following 11 days.

That's still a lot. A 20 year old! How many years will it be possible and safe for your horse?

Depends on the horse, but we are only jumping small fences now. He used to do 3'6"-3'9" and now we only do 3'0"

I KNOW WILLI!!! My friend showed me that and I was freaked out... it was like so... wow it's like an actual horror movie...

There are some Grand Prix jumpers (which is up to 6'0") that are 18-21. It's amazing, the athleticism of these animals.

That's incredible. Such powerful and beautiful animals. I am always tempted to win the lottery and have a ranch here in Texas. I'd love to have horses but not knowing how to care for them I wouldn't want to be irresponsible. So that's why I refuse to win the lottery.

And that's a really small picture...didn't realize that.

What part of Texas? I am going to Houston for my cousin's wedding. My entire family is in Dallas/Ft. Worth. Well, most of them anyway.
