Woah!!

"Scotland Yard officers contacted me last month. A man killed a woman cutting her hands and head, like in my book. He said he had this idea after reading my book. I was so surprised, totally in shock! What was this man thinking ? I keep telling myself he would have killed even without reading my book."

If it was only a few months ago if couldnt have been before the bodies in the book?!

tchitchou thanks! That was an interesting tidbit. I knew that Kathy Reichs had worked on some gruesome things but had never thought concretely what those things were. Rwanda and 9/11. Those were two terribly gruesome events.

I cannot imagine taking part in recovery for 9/11. There was so little to identify people with.
